Q. What is the difference between Zen Do Ka and Zendoka?

 A.   Zen Do Ka is the name given to the Martial Art, but it is more a philosophy than a style. Zen Do Ka is a Freestyle which means it is open to practical ideas and methods and is not bound by restrictive tradition.

Zendoka is the name given to a person who practices Zen Do Ka, (or other Martial Arts) and continually strives to learn more, to improve and adapt their Art in an effort to achieve perfection.

The Japanese word Zen translates as Meditation. Do means Path and Ka means Spirit.

A Zendoka is a spirit on the path of enlightenment.

Many travel on the path, some finish, but the question is, does such destination exist? or is the path the destination?
